Your organization is invited to participate in the 2018 Coding Positions Compensation Survey, conducted by Altura Consulting Group.
The survey focuses on 20 coding positions (including 2 new positions) covering base pay and other practices including incentive and sign-on bonuses. Last year, 54 organizations reported pay data for 58 facilities/regions. These included 8 organizations noted as Top 20 National Hospitals based on the U.S. News & World Report 2017-2018 Honor Roll rankings.

The objective of Altura’s survey reports and all methods and procedures used to produce the reports, is to provide maximum information value without disclosing any information that could be specifically associated with an individual survey participant.
All survey data submitted by participants for surveys conducted by Altura Consulting Group is provided on the basis that the data confidentiality of each participant will be fully protected at all times.
Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person.
Our surveys are designed and administered in compliance with anti-trust guidelines.
