2019 Healthcare Human Resource Metrics Survey

General Information

Your organization is invited to participate in our 2019 Healthcare Human Resource Metrics Survey.  This survey focuses on the HR metrics most commonly used in healthcare, including:

  • Turnover statistics covering overall, first year of service, RN and RN first year of service employees
  • Average tenure
  • Labor cost per FTE
  • Operating cost per FTE
  • HR cost per FTE
  • HR headcount ratio
  • HR cost as a percent of operating cost
  • Cost per hire
  • Average time to acceptance
  • Average RN time to acceptance
  • Diverse headcount percentage
  • Diverse turnover

Results reporting will include data cuts for FTE size, geographic region and university affiliation.

Participants who purchase the report will also receive a complimentary Profile Report, comparing their data to overall survey results as well as their organization size peer group.

2019 Survey Schedule

  • March 4:  Survey opens, survey participation form distributed
  • April 5:  EXTENDED Survey participation deadline
  • By May 1:  Survey results distributed

Protection of confidentiality extends to compensation data reported and to any kind of observation or form of analysis that could serve to identify a company with its data to an experienced person.
