2019 Minnesota Ambulatory Surgery Center Compensation & Benefits Survey

General Information

This survey covers 20 ambulatory surgery center positions and collects pay data including base pay rates, base pay ranges, and incentive practices.  The survey also covers pay and benefits practices such as call pay, shift differentials, sign-on bonuses, health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.  The effective date of data is September 1, 2019.  As data availability permits, the survey report will include pay data cuts for metro and non-metro geographies.

2019 Survey Timeline

  • October 14: Survey opens, survey participation form distributed
  • November 8: Survey participation EXTENDED deadline
  • By December 4: Survey results distributed

Pricing

Participants who are MNASCA members will receive the survey report free of charge as a benefit of membership; the survey report will be available for purchase at a price of $150 for non-participants as well as participants who are not MNASCA members.  To order a copy of the survey, please contact Rachel E.
