Salary Planning in Uncertainty: 2020/2021 National Survey for Healthcare Organizations – Part 1

General Information

The pandemic has turned salary planning – along with everything else – on its head. In an effort to provide real-time data now and through the coming months about salary actions and plans through the COVID-19 crisis, we at Altura Consulting Group are taking a different approach to our salary planning survey this year. Welcome to the 2020/2021 National Salary Planning Survey for Healthcare Organizations, a three-part survey aimed at providing focused data now and in two future segments over the coming months.

This brief Part 1 of the survey looks specifically at 2020, on salary plans and actions being considered and taken now. Parts 2 and 3 of the survey, anticipated to be administered in June and August, will address updates to 2020 decisions as well as early and follow-up plans for 2021. As with this initial leg of the survey, Parts 2 and 3 will be brief, focused and influenced by what we hope will be the early stages of return and recovery.
