2019 Farm Service Group Exempt Staff Compensation Survey

General Information

This 17th edition of the Farm Service Group Exempt Staff Compensation Survey provides information on unique exempt positions in the agribusiness industry not typically found in other published surveys but common to large and mid-sized agribusiness organizations.

The survey covers 31 positions from administrative support and merchandising to executive level positions.  It also covers other pay practices such as incentive/bonus pay and perquisites.

  • June 7:  Survey participation deadline
