General Information

Fairview Health Services is pleased to announce the 2018 Twin Cities and Regional Clinic Compensation Survey. This survey covers 133 key positions found in clinics in 17 job families, including 2 new jobs this year.  Also covers shift differentials and casual pay rates for select positions, along with sign-on and retention bonus practices. See below for a complete list of survey jobs.

You can download the survey instrument by clicking the Survey Instrument Form link below.  The survey instrument  includes instructions on how to complete the survey as well as the survey order form (also available below).

2018 Survey Schedule

  • April 30:  Survey instrument distributed (Data effective May 1, 2018)
  • June 15:  Survey participation deadline EXTENDED
  • August 13:  Survey results distributed
